HAE Events | Regional Bookclubs
Join fellow graduates of Harvard University in an alumni book club in your area! These reading and discussion groups meet once per month and read one book each month. Meetings are held in public libraries or in cafes.
In 2009 we will read pieces of literature as a springboard into conversations about leadership. All groups will begin with the book, Questions of Character. Each group will choose two books to read from the list below and will conclude with a final wrap-up session. (A total of four sessions over four months.)
Month One: The introduction and first 8 chapters of HBS Professor Joe Badaracco's,
Questions of Character
Months Two and Three: Each group will choose two books from the following list:
Month Four: Each group will read Chapter 9 from Questions of Character and reflect on their current thinking about leadership.
All alumni from Harvard University are invited to participate in these groups! If you are joining after the initial meeting, please read the book, Questions of Character, on your own and jump in with the current book for your group.
Join an HAE Book club -- or start one in your area -- today!
